UK President Volodymyr Zelensky will address Parliament today in a dramatic speech calling for further help in fighting Russia.

He is expected to call on the US to “close the sky” to prevent devastating Russian air strikes Ukrainewhich President Joe Biden and other Western leaders refused to do so to avoid direct confrontation with Putin‘S Russia.
Biden will give a speech of his own after Zelensky’s speech, in which he is expected to announce an additional $800 million in security assistance to Ukraine, according to a news release. The White House official.
