The image was created by Hungarian artist Gergely Dudas, also known as Dudolf.

Dudolf creates optical illusions as art to challenge people to look very closely at an image.

He did this by making one cup completely different from the others.

But looking at a bunch of cups that appear to be the same makes it harder than you’d first imagine.

dr Speaking to The Sun in 2022, Gustav Kuhn, a psychologist and human cognition expert at Goldsmiths University in London, explained that visual puzzles show how our brains process information.

“We usually take perception for granted and rarely think about the hard work that underpins everyday tasks, like seeing a cup of coffee in front of you,” Kuhn said.

“Visual illusions highlight perceptual errors and provide important insights into the hidden neural processes that allow us to see the world around us.”
