That’s why TikTok user Jessica Buwick shared hack her genius to store decorations without incurring any loss.

“First, you’re going to need a cheap foam roll – you can find these at Amazon, Target, Walmart,” she says in her video.

“I like to lay it down and cut around the crate I’m using to get the exact dimensions.”

With the first piece of Styrofoam, she stuffed it into the bottom of a transparent container.

“You’ll want to keep the smooth side facing the bottom of the box so the groves are on top, so the decorations can stack up nicely.

“I like to put my decorations close together, they’re not glass.”

After filling the box with decorations, she repeats the process with more foam pads to continue her decorations.

“For an extra layer of protection, you can add multiple layers of foam around the perimeter of the container. But this can be useful for decorations that move around.”

After her entire bin is full, she puts one last piece of foam on top and covers it.

After she shared her hack, many people praised her for how easy and cheap to recreate at home.

But now that you’re done with the Christmas decorations, How do you store your lights?

The trick is shared on the Facebook group Couponing and Extreme Bargains UK, which is nothing but an empty Pringles pipe.

“Tap the light head on one end.

” Wrap the light around when I take the light out of the tree. ”

According to this crafty Christmas fan, she then simply tapped the other end.

” Works perfect. “

The post has since garnered more than 2,000 likes and has inspired multiple team members to share their holiday tricks, some including an empty tube of foil, a coat hanger, and even even a rolled up newspaper.

Hundreds of Facebook users have also commented on the tip, with one joking: ”It’s a good reason to buy Pringles. ”

Another wrote: ”The pringles tube is so hard, I cut a small hole in the cap to put the plug in. “

”Placing the plug inside the tube will prevent it from getting caught in,” read another hint.

”I use a coat hanger but this is a much better idea, ” is another’s take on the newly learned Pringles hack.

The same trick is also uploaded to TikTok by ”Full-time Youtuber”, @clairescraftycorner.

Her video has been viewed by more than 200 thousand people, unfortunately, one person discovered the trick too late.

” I should have watched this 1 hour ago! ”

“I’ve been doing this for years, make it so much easier next year!!!” “

” is it really a hack if it’s just common sense? …, ” one reviewer critically wondered.
