YOUNG Dolph’s tragic final tweets said the rapper was “ahead of his time” before he was suddenly shot dead at a Memphis store.
The 36-year-old rapper was shot dead in Memphis, Tennessee on November 17, 2021, while stopping at a cookie shop called Makeda’s Cookies.
Back in early August 2021, Dolph tweeted: “Next project will be my biggest one.”
The tweet ends with a bent arm emoji and a fire sign.
On August 16, rapper’s tweet read: “still can’t believe I’ve gotten to where I am in life. Still feels unreal, it’s crazy.”
About a month later, at 1.35 a.m. on September 14, 2021, Dolph wrote: “I’m definitely waiting ahead of my time.”
At the time of his death, Dolph was estimated to be worth $3 million according to Celebrity Net Worth.

In 2009, he just made his mark in the music world with his first mixtape Paper Route Campaign.
In 2021, he released his debut full-length album Welcome 2 Dolph World under his own record label Paper Route Empire. The debut album has a total of 20 songs.

As reported by FOX13, the rapper was not said to be alone when he was shot, however, it is unclear who he was with or if they were injured.
ONE looking for Dolph’s killer emerged in Memphis as the city was reeling from a wave of shootings that prompted some lawmakers to call for a curfew.
Although a manhunt is underway for the shooter, no suspicious information has been released, police said.
Dolph previously said of his belief that he has been the target of violence since his teenage years.
“I’ve been targeted since I was 17, 18, 19,” he said in an interview with Guardians.
The rapper admits that he didn’t grow up in the best surroundings, which led him to look to certain methods of making money.
