You hung your clothes by mistake… here’s how to prevent them from slipping off

A SAVVY man shared his very simple clothes hanger tip that will save you from having to pick up different pieces of clothing that have fallen to the bottom of your closet.

Sidney Raz, from LA, has arrived TikTok and captioned the post: “Here’s something I wish I knew before I was in my 30s…how to keep my coat from slipping off a hanger.”

In the short clip, he can be seen placing a coat on a hanger, which will come off within seconds.

Instead, he urges his followers to simply take his coat and hanger, and then thread the hanger through a pre-sewn loop of wire usually placed on the inside of the garment.

And Voila! Sidney demonstrates how it doesn’t slip.

At the end of the video, he jokes: “Honey, we have to loosen all the coats in the house.”

But it turns out that Sidney wasn’t the only one late in discovering a useful hanger trick.

“I’m learning a lot…. Shame at this point,” one person wrote, while another commented: “Gahhhhhhhhh! How did I not know this?!”

The third wrote: “I’m in my 40s and I never knew this before,” with the fourth saying, “Oh, that’s what it’s for!”

“I feel like this is common sense, but no, I’ve never done it,” another said.
