ETSY sells a tiny home plan for $95, and the entire budget cottage includes two bedrooms and a loft.

Tiny houses are growing in popularity as Americans try to save money on their monthly expenses.

While traditional homes typically sell for $300,000, tiny homes can be built or purchased for anywhere from $10,000 to $100,000.

Several tiny houses have popped up for sale on Etsy, but now there are blueprints for building the tiny home of your dreams.

The 20×26 Adirondack Cabin plan even includes a loft bedroom.

In the blueprint, the plans show a 10×6 bathroom, a 10×9 bedroom, and a spacious kitchen/living room combo.

The kitchen area is 12×10, while the living room is slightly larger at 15×10.

The plans of the house even include a terrace on the outside.

Above the kitchen and living room is a loft that could serve as a bedroom if you converted the plans into a real home.

A building materials list is also included with the plans.

But cash buyers can get a discount averaging more than $2,000.
