XPG Levante 360 CPU liquid cooler review

XPG introduces Levante 360 All-in-One high-performance CPU liquid cooler supporting Intel’s latest LGA 1700 socket processors. A plug-and-play high performance product with easy installation and fully customizable ARGB lighting. XPG’s Levante 360 features a 360mm radiator, an external ARGB controller, 3 120mm fans, a thermally optimized copper plate, all powered by the $149.99 Asetek Cooling Solution.
This is one of XPG’s free flagship products. They have built everything a gamer wants and needs into this CPU liquid cooler. The three 120mm fans overshadow the heatsink itself as they are covered by addressable ARGB or RGB lighting. In short, it will maximize the level of RGB lighting customization. The lighting system on the fan has an outer frame and an inner shell that creates a stunning image. It also has the ARGB logo and the triangle feature on the CPU water block. It is loaded with ARGB light! Enough to fill your entire case! I am a big fan of this design, it will remain at home in my current case.
If you’re not familiar with Asetek cooling solutions, they’re basically the standout product in the PC liquid cooling industry. All major brands use them like Alienware, HPE, Intel, Fujitsu, QCT, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Penguin Computing, etc. At the moment, 360mm is the largest heatsink size for all-in-one system on market. Combine this with its Asetek Gen 7 pump and you’re looking at the very best in CPU liquid coolers. I’ve noticed the pump is big at higher RPMs but other than this, it’s a top performer. XPG backs up its claims of durability and performance by providing a 5-year factory warranty on this product.
Liquid coolers for CPUs are the best solution outside of a full water cooling system for maximum PC performance. If you play graphics demanding games, this is the product you will need. Compared to other general-purpose CPU liquid cooling systems, the XPG Levante 360 is a bit pricey. While several other companies offer similar specifications, the components are made of inferior materials. This allows them to drop the price a bit but even then I’d love to see the Levante 360 cost around $129.99.
