The son of a famous Utah State football coach has passed away, it has been revealed.
Blake Anderson is currently grieving for her son after experiencing “the hardest year of his life” when he lost his wife and father within just a few months of knowing each other.
Anderson writes in a Posts on Twitter on Monday, potentially hinting at the sad turn of events that could happen earlier this week.
It is currently unknown when Anderson’s son died.
Utah State University released a statement from vice president and athletic director John Hartwell on Twitter about the event.
“On behalf of Wyoming State University, the athletics department, and the football program, we send our prayers to coach Blake Anderson and the family following the tragic death of his son,” Hartwell said in a statement. item.

Anderson and his late wife had two sons, Coleton and Cason, and a daughter, Callie.
Wendy, wife of Anderson, passed away in August 2019 after a three-year battle with breasts cancer.
“She passed as peacefully and gracefully as you might hope just minutes before midnight with me lying right next to her,” Anderson wrote in one. Twitter post in 2019.
“I’ve been so lucky to have her by my side every day for the past 27 years.”
In May 2020, his father passed away at the age of 75 after battling emphysema for several years.
In 2021, he married current wife, Brittany, and adopted two daughters, Collins and Ellison.
Anderson served as head coach at Arkansas State for seven seasons before being named head coach Wyoming in December 2020.
It is not known which of Anderson’s sons died or the circumstances of his death.
