WWE Releases Samoa Joe Again

Samoa Joe was once again released by WWE.

News broke this evening from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, who tweeted the following statement to social media this evening:

“Samoa Joe has been released by WWE, Fightful has confirmed to company. Details will appear on tonight,” Sean Ross Sapp tweeted.

Very little information is known at this time other than that Samoa Joe is once again no longer with WWE. Joe gave up the NXT championship just days before the relaunch of NXT 2.0, saying that the WWE doctors would not let him compete.

What’s next for Samoa Joe?

Samoa Joe is one of the biggest names fans think will join AEW after he made his debut from WWE. However, he was brought back to the company by Triple H before the 90 days of non-competition were over.

With Joe being released for the second time, Tony Khan will certainly be interested in talking to Samoa Joe when he is allowed to do so. While the company is filled with talent right now, you can always make room for the likes of The Samoan Submission Machine.

Stay tuned to Sportskeeda for the latest on Samoa Joe’s release from WWE.
