When he was discharged from the hospital, he was arrested and charged with DUI and simple possession.

RYAN’S ARREST

Ryan was previously arrested on February 10 for molestation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and violating the protective order.

He was then arrested on March 1 for aggravated stalking and violating a protective order after authorities issued two warrants for his arrest on February 23.

The MTV star pleaded guilty to harassment charges in court.

Ryan has been ordered to complete rehab and have no contact with the victim, who is his estranged wife Mackenzie.

A judge also ordered Ryan to wear a GPS monitor and not post about Mackenzie on social media.

He was placed on probation for 11 months and 29 days.

Charges of drug possession, stalking and intellectual property infringement were dropped.

For his possession of a controlled substance, he was sentenced to rehab with an option to shorten his term for good behavior after six months.

HARASSMENT ARREST

The affidavit on his February 10 harassment charge, obtained by The US Sun, details the threatening phone call mentioned in the petition for a protection order.

Mackenzie answered a call from Ryan and videotaped the conversation while providing authorities with two videos.

The officer wrote the “most menacing part of the video” in the affidavit.

Ryan said, according to court documents, “You’d better lie to the guys who come and ask you, they’ll come and ask you at work.”

Mackenzie replied: “What?”

He replied: “I’ll take the f**king a** whooping cough.”

Mackenzie then said, “Who’s coming to my work?”

Ryan replied: “People at the club I f***ing joined on Friday. You know, it’s a big no-no to be married and have your wife disrespect you in that way, but I said I’d take the whooping cough because I didn’t want the outcome to be like that [unintelligible] for you, and that’s not fair.”

He later said, “If you don’t tell me the truth now, God, you’re going to fucking regret it.”

Mackenzie shot back, “I don’t want to be with you.”

Ryan then said, “Yeah, I hear you, but you… look… I guess you didn’t hear me. What’s going to happen to you is going to be ugly.”

The narration continued through the officer, “She interpreted this as a legitimate threat to her life.”

DRUG BREAKDOWN

As for the drug allegations, in the arrest affidavit obtained by The US Sun, police claimed that Ryan was carrying multiple substances at the time of the arrest.

The court filing states: “I searched the inside of his wallet and found a glass pipe and two bags of white powder.

“One sachet appeared very white, more like cocaine, while the other seemed a little darker, more like heroin.

“The total weight was 1.8 grams. That will be sent off for testing.”

PROTECTION CLAIMS

Mackenzie initially filed a request for a protective order against Ryan on February 8.

Mackenzie wrote in court filings about an alleged fight dated Jan. 15, 2023: “During the argument, Ryan punched holes in the walls and doors. [He] held me by the neck against the wall. Threw me down the hall and said if he couldn’t have me nobody could.

“Pocket knife open, put on my back like it’s going to kill me. That was before children. I tried to leave, he smashed my phone, took my car keys.”

Mackenzie wrote that a co-worker then called 911.

In the petition, Mackenzie claimed of a fight on Jan. 24, 2023: “[He] came into the bedroom where I lay down. Pretend he’s slapping me in the face. Breaks bed with me in it. yell in my face

“I left to pick up children and go. He didn’t let me go. Threw me into the living room. Threw menthol nicotine in my eyes.”

Mackenzie claimed in the petition her father called authorities and officers found a loaded AR gun at the home.

She then described a February 8, 2023 phone call in which he threatened her, claiming, “Call threatening me and saying I won’t like what’s going to happen to me.”

Mackenzie then named a motorcycle gang he had joined, claiming they “will find her [her].”

Ryan claimed to The US Sun that he did not join the gang.

Mackenzie also noted that Ryan has a “long history of substance abuse.”

She claimed in the petition that on Jan. 28, sheriffs “documented that he was still using heroin.”

The former MTV star initially urged Ryan to keep out of contact with her and to stay away from her home and work.

She requested temporary custody of their children, Jagger, four, and Stella, three, although she did not ask that they be protected from their father.

She also asked the court to order Ryan to move out of her home “immediately.”

The mother-of-three listed three of Ryan’s guns.

On February 9, the court issued a temporary protection order.

Ryan told The US Sun of Mackenzie at the time: “I don’t speak for them. I never meant to hurt her, just tried to tell her. I would have liked to work on it because I still wanted to at the time. “

Mackenzie did not immediately respond to The US Sun’s request for comment on the petition.

DIFFICULT PAST

Mackenzie, 27, filed for divorce from Ryan, 35, on Feb. 27 after she accused him of domestic violence in a restraining order application.

Mackenzie, who married Ryan in 2017, gave their split date as January 2023 after Ryan “became erratic and violent.”

Mackenzie asked to be the children’s “main live-in parents” as she was “fit and tidy.”

She asked Ryan for alimony for Jagger and Stella as well as alimony for her.
