Anthony Loffredo, 33, has split his tongue, is tattooed from head to toe, has tattoos and piercings, and even cut his nose – but says he’s only achieved 34% of his transformation so far usually his.
The 33-year-old from France is on a mission to become a “black alien” and is no stranger to surgery when he had his upper lip removed earlier this year.
The eccentric Anthony – who has endured extreme body changes for about a decade now – even had the courage to get his eyeball tattooed despite the risk of going blind.
Before that, he also had surgery to remove both ears to look more like an extraterrestrial and ran the risk of having his tongue cut, which involved cutting the organ in half with a scalpel.
Last year, Anthony went to Spain to have his nose removed because the surgery is illegal in his homeland.
Hoping to look less human, he’s also had skin grafts to his face, giving the skin a rougher texture as well as the reptilian bumps on his forehead and incisions on his cheekbones.
The alien wants to document his transformation on Instagram, labeling it the Black Alien Project, with his 718,000 followers constantly staggering at the sheer length of his willingness towards.
Anthony has now had two fingers on his left hand amputated to form a monstrous set of “alien” claws. He posted a clip to his page after the surgery, showing a bloody stitched scar on his hand along with the caption “I grow my inner self”.
His controversial body-editing antics repeatedly divide his followers – with many praising his audacity as others question his motives.
One person wrote: “Frankly disrespecting those unfortunate enough to lose a limb and find a way to function like a human body.
Another added: “You will 100% regret this in the end.”
A third wrote: “This is disturbing AND at the same time fascinating. Don’t think I can do this, but thank you for living my dream.”
While a fourth commented: “Congratulations on moving forward with the project. That’s amazing.”
Anthony’s transformation is nearly a decade old so far – but he believes he’s just over a third of the way to reaching his ultimate goal.
In 2017, he told the French newspaper Midi Libre: “From a very young age, I have been fascinated with the study of mutations and transformations of the human body.
“I had a click when I was a security guard.
“I realized I wasn’t living the way I wanted. I stopped everything at the age of 24 and set off for Australia.
“Continually thinking about my plans for the next few months has become normal, even unconscious.”
