LAUNDRY day is never really a happy day.
Separating lights from darkness, analyzing delicate things, and making sure to hang dry items that can shrink takes a lot of time and effort.
One woman, TikTok cleaning expert @ whole.caroline, says she has a few tricks up her sleeve. laundry day is a little more manageable.
Her first tip is: “Keep the latter in your dryer so you remember which clothes did not go in the dryer.”
Her post listed a blue dress and black turtleneck as not going well with the dryer.
Tip number two has solved a recurring problem for many of us.
“Put your socks in a mesh bag so you don’t lose any of your socks to the socks fairy.”
When it comes to machine drying, Caroline recommends adding a dry towel to a pile of wet clothes to speed up the drying process.
“The towel will absorb some of the moisture.”
Her fourth tip offered a way to speed up the drying process of clothes that can’t get into the dryer:
“Put soaked wet hand sanitizers in the salad mixer.”
She threw a wet t-shirt into the container, closed the lid, and pressed down on the spindle to let the clothes out.
“This greatly speeds up the drying time of the air.”
