When Angelika’s hair fell out in clumps, she wasn’t sure if it would ever look like this again.
The holistic health enthusiast has tried something different and claims to have seen a massive difference in the last six months.
The hair hope created her own spray blend to help regrow some of the hair she’s lost.
The spray is so easy to make since most people already have the ingredients.

The hair genius explained: “Every time I ran my fingers through my hair, 20-25 strands fell out.
“I had to constantly sweep my apartment and was embarrassed to throw huge piles of hair in the trash.”
Adding her homemade spray to her post-shower routine, Angelika claims, “It’s had a huge impact on my hair growth, texture and shine.”
All you need to make the spray is fresh rosemary, fresh lavender, apple cider vinegar and filtered water.
Put 1 tbsp fresh lavender, 4 sprigs of rosemary in a saucepan, cover with boiling water and leave to steep.
Once the water has cooled, strain and add a dash of apple cider vinegar and rosemary essential oil.
Add it to a spray bottle, you can clean one you already own to be sure to buy another one.
The hair pro says the mixture should keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Simply apply to wet hair three times a week and massage into the scalp, she advised.
Others were enthusiastic about the simple recipe: “You should definitely try this, thanks!”

Another said: “Yes! I make the exact spray bottle with these ingredients and my hair has grown back and so has the thickness.”
A third quipped: “I need this now!”
