Woman reveals how to keep her hair greasy for over a week by mixing a product with her dry shampoo

If dry shampoo isn’t enough to stop you from washing your hair too often, adding a styling spray might also be your answer.

Beauty fan Amrita took to TikTok to reveal that she swears the combination of these two sprays will help keep her locks greasy and flawless for several days.

“Stop what you’re doing – forget all you know about dry shampoo and just listen to me,” she says. started.

“My hair is Thursday’s hair, it’s going to be Friday’s hair, and this is how it looks.”

Admitting her hair is normally “super-oily”, Amrita has launched a perfect bob with no greasy residue.

“I know everyone knows the whole thing about dry shampoo, and using dry shampoo helps it last longer and not be greasy,” she says.

“But what you really have to do is add a styling spray. I’m telling you, it changes your whole hair game. Trust me to just do it.”

For dry shampoo, Amrita likes the Living Proof Advanced spray and Amika Perk Up dry shampoo.

She also uses Amika’s texture spray.

“All you need to do is apply dry shampoo as you normally would, let it sit and apply the hairspray all at once,” she adds.

Showing where she applied the spray, Amrita parted a central section of hair up and down each side and below her crown.

“Leave it alone, with your texture spray, for as long as you can,” she says.

“I like to leave it on for about 10 minutes, or as long as I can while wearing makeup.”

She ended her video by smiling: “Literally shake it off and your hair will look like this for days.”

Among the comments on the video was one from a hairstylist, who wrote: “Make sure you’re using a cleansing shampoo in your wash cycle to remove any residue from all your hair. this product.”

And Amrita replied, “FACT!!! Speak louder!! This is exactly why I only use this when I really need it and I use a cleansing shampoo!!”
