Woman confronts a fellow exerciser who is said to be staring at her while exercising

But one woman was unable to continue with her routine after she claimed that an elderly man at the gym allegedly stared at her.

Heidi Aragon is a personal trainer who often shares her exercise routines on social media.

She recently shared a video where she claimed that a gym mate was staring at her as she worked out.

Since she shoots most of her workouts for her online audience, she captures the entire scene on camera.

In the clip, Heidi wears a fitted long-sleeve crop top and leggings.

A man can be seen walking towards her before sitting on one of the exercise machines right next to her mat and weights.

She claimed that he was staring at her.

The Sun went to Heidi’s gym and the manager told us, “We always encourage the members to warn the staff about such behavior because we never want the members to feel uncomfortable. roof while here.

Feeling uncomfortable, Heidi asked her husband to exercise beside her in the hope that she would feel more protected.

But it doesn’t work. The man is said to continue to stare, glancing over at her husband and at Heidi as she performed her squat routine.

“I decided to stop working out and look back,” she says in her video.

“I thought he got the picture, so I tried to do my set. Then I got bored and went over and talked to him.”

Although the exchange took place out of view of the camera, she insists she said: “I told him that if he was going to work in this corner, he needed to stop staring and making me uncomfortable.

“His answer was: ‘I just looked around.’ Then I told him that I recorded all my exercises and let him film. He went silent very quickly.”

Some of her followers who watched the video told her to alert the front desk.

Another commented on unacceptable behavior commonly seen in men: “Why do men think that if we’re in public they’re allowed to stare at us like this? We don’t. exists for you to fantasize about,” one user wrote.
