Fort Myers Police say a girl accused in successful and run from April 2021 has been recognized and arrested. FMPD says hit-and-run circumstances can take time to unravel.

Fort Myers Police say King is accused of hitting a pedestrian within the space of Fowler and Market Road on April 8, 2021. They are saying the one that was hit suffered critical accidents.
Police say that assist from the general public allowed them to find the automotive that was concerned within the hit-and-run on April twelfth. It was discovered off of the Hancock Bridge Parkway.
King was arrested on Sunday on unrelated felony warrants and is being held within the Lee County Jail whereas she awaits trial.
