Winter Storm Watch is issued for areas of Tay Pa. – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A winter storm warning has been issued for parts of Western Pennsylvania and will be in effect over the next few days.
The clock will go into effect on Wednesday and will be in effect until Friday morning.

Predominant rain is expected Wednesday night and could turn icy on Thursday morning. At least a quarter of a quarter of freezing rain could fall on Thursday.
On Friday, the mix is expected to turn to snow, with 2-4″ snow accumulation possible throughout the day.
