A mass shooting has claimed at least two lives.

Gunfire erupted in Willowbrook, California on Sunday, according to local reports.

Among the victims were a 17-year-old boy and a man in his 40s.

The shooting happened just after 4 p.m., officials said.

Four men were taken to hospital, one in critical condition.

A fifth victim is said to have driven himself to the hospital.

No arrests were made.

Police have not released any information related to a shooter.

Laquincy Zimmerman narrates The LA Times: “The 17-year-old was dead on the street.

“My house was torn down. Broken glass, everything.”

Zimmerman said her 21-year-old was shot.

She described more than 100 shell casings on the ground, adding, “Two-and-a-half inch bullets, like an AK-47.”

Other eyewitnesses described the incident to the newspaper as a drive-by shooting.

Zimmerman added, “What were you thinking shooting here today? Our kids were playing outside and stuff.”
