Will there be a second season of How I Met Your Father?

Since its premiere in January, fans have been eager to know if another season is coming Hulu of the hit series.

On February 15, 2022, Reporting deadlines that Hulu has renewed How I Met Your Father (HIMYF) for season two.

Season two of HIMYF will also be a “superman” season as it will have a total of 20 episodes.

The new program is an indie sequel for CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, not a reboot of the 2005 show.

HIMYF was written by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger.

Jordan Helman, head of scripted content for Hulu Originals spoke about the show’s renewal.

“Isaac [Aptaker] and Elizabeth’s [Berger] inspirational vision for How I met your father has proven to be the real date-watching activity that fans just can’t get enough of from week to week.

“The lives of these characters, as portrayed by the incredibly talented cast led by Hilary Duff, are just getting started and we’re excited to bring viewers more of the journey. of this group with a super epic second season.”

When is the second season of How I Met Your Father coming out?

Although Hulu has announced that season two is indeed coming to their streaming service, an official date has yet to be revealed.

Since season one premiered in January 2022, it’s like the second season will follow a similar timeline and air January 2023.

Season one of the Hulu original is currently streaming with a total of 10 episodes.

New episodes of How I Met Your Father are released every Tuesday.

Sex and the City Kim Cattrall also starred in the film as she played the older Sophie (Duff’s character).

Sophie is telling her son the story of how she met his father on the Hulu series.
