Once the hosts were settled in their seats, she spoke first.
She announced: “So I have to tell you that yesterday I sat on my glasses which means I’m not wearing them.”
“I wear glasses that are maybe four years old,” she continued.
“So if you see me at it,” Whoopi said, jokingly blinking at the camera, “that’s why.”

She took a moment and laughed while the audience giggled, then explained why she shared that fact with viewers.
“I just want you all to know that there’s nothing wrong,” she said. “I just sat on the glasses without paying the slightest attention to where my big butt went and just CLICK!”
Whoopi then pantomimed the glasses breaking as she sat on them.
Another moderator commented, “Now her butt looks better than ever.”

“My butt may see now,” Whoopi agreed as the hosts burst out laughing.
The hosts then proceeded to get the show going.
WHOOPI’S VIEW
Meanwhile, on a recent episode of The View, Whoopi called for respect from politicians on the Republican side.
The panellists discussed politics on Tuesday’s episode, particularly the highly publicized attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi.
Sunny Hostin specifically mentioned “meeting with the energy” of the Republicans she was calling out.
“If you want to go deep, then we go to the earth’s crust,” she said, explaining further.
“See, I don’t want to go to Earth’s crust,” Whoopi said when Sunny had finished speaking.
“Sorry, I’m too old to go to Earth’s Crust,” Whoopi repeated.
“I want respect. give me respect I’ll give you respect, but I don’t understand,” Whoopi said.
“Because there are enough people in the Republican Party for people to stand up and say, ‘That’s not what’s going on here.’
“Why don’t we scream and say this isn’t okay?” she asked.
The hosts went on to discuss what changes they want to see in the world and “crazy to allow,” according to Alyssa Farah Griffin.
The hosts continued their discussion after Whoopi’s call for respect.
BEHAR-D ATTITUDE
Meanwhile, Joy Behar called out Whoopi to The View for her seemingly rude behavior.
Whoopi came under fire for looking bored during a discussion about using therapy-style language on Tuesday’s show.
The View panel talked about what terms they use in their own relationships, from “gaslighting” to “setting boundaries.”
Sunny Hostin revealed that she uses terms like “toxicity” and “negative energy” with her husband Emmanuel.
Alyssa Farah Griffin, meanwhile, confessed she’s getting out of chores by saying she’s “protecting her peace”.
Joy then began the “transference behaviors” she exhibits during altercations.
Transference occurs when a person redirects some of their feelings or desires for someone to another person.
To demonstrate, she pointed at Whoopi, who was sitting with her chin dejectedly resting on her hand.
Joy said, “You’re angry at someone. Let’s say Whoopi…she’s like this,” mimicking Whoopi’s stance.
She then asked, “So what are you thinking about right now?”

Whoopi looked at her with a stern expression before saying emphatically, “You know.”
Joy burst out laughing before moving on to how she resolves disputes with her husband.
