Ronnie Turner, born October 27, 1960, was a musician and actor.
He is also recognizable as the son of legendary GRAMMY Award-winning singer Tina Turner.
Tina’s four sons are the product of her first marriage to Ike Turner.
Her late son Ronnie had a role in the 1992 Angela Basset-directed biopic about her life, What’s Love Got To Do With It?


He also played bass guitar for a number of his mother’s tours.
In 2007 he married fellow musician Afida Turner.
On December 8, 2022, Ronnie became the second of Tina’s sons, preceding her in death.
This Thursday, paramedics rushed to Ronnie’s home in San Fernando Valley, California, where the 62-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Who are Ronnie’s siblings?
With the deaths of her sons Ronnie and Raymond Craig, Tina has two surviving sons.
Ike Jr. and Michael are Tina and Ike’s last sons together.
Ronnie also has two other siblings, sisters Twanna and Mia, from Ike’s other relationships.
On July 3, 2018, Ronnie’s brother Raymond Craig died at the age of 59 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

He was found at his home in Studio City, California.
Regarding Craig’s death, Tina told ET, “I think Craig was lonely, I think that really got him more than anything.
“I have pictures of him smiling all over the place and I think I feel like he’s in a good place. I really do.”
