Johnny Lewis was a film and television actor born on October 29, 1983 in Los Angeles, California.

He starred in several productions before his death, but he is perhaps best known for his role as Kip “Hal Sack” Epps on the FX series Sons of Anarchy.

Following an investigation, it was discovered that the late star either jumped or fell from the roof of the Writers’ Mansion after allegedly hitting and killing his 81-year-old landlady, Catherine Davis.

Lewis’ father, Michael Lewis, scheduled two MRIs for his son after noticing the bizarre behavior, but the actor refused to undergo them, according to LA Magazine.
