Who is Rob Majury?
Rob Majury is a retired police lieutenant who defends himself from a stalker.
She was just 13 years old when she opened her TikTok account and looking for ways to profit from the platform and her large number of followers has resulted in her promoting NFLemerging recording artists and teeth whitening products.
Majury has been featured in several of Ava’s TikTok videos, one of which took place while he was driving.

Why does Rob Majury have to protect his daughter?
Rob Majury’s daughter noticed she was getting more attention from a follower on her TikTok platform in early 2020.
He originally texted Ava and Ask for her photospaid $300 each, but eventually the level of contact escalated.
Justin contacted Ava’s friends through her social media accounts and paid them to provide him with background information including her phone number and where she lived.
When the contact became too much, Majury stepped up and texted Justin.
“I had the opportunity to actually text this person and say ‘Hey, she’s a minor and you need to stop contacting her,’ and we notified the authorities,” Majury said. NBC.
Justin’s efforts don’t end there. His text messages turned threatening, and in one message obtained by The New York Times, Justin texted one of Ava’s classmates asking him if he had a gun and saying, “I think it’s a gun. I can break a door with a shotgun.”
It was on July 10, 2021, when the Majury family woke up to an explosion on their doorstep in Naples, Florida.

His daughter, Ava, said: “All I remember is, I heard it, I felt it in my chest, and I looked up, and there was a hole in my door from the debris. .”
Majury said Justin’s gun jammed and he chased him to the front door but fell and Justin was able to run away.
“At that point, I took action and neutralized the threat,” Majury said.
He grabbed his gun and waited at the door for the police to arrive, but Justin turned around first.
Within minutes, Justin was lying in the front yard of the Majury house bleeding to death after pointing a gun at Ava’s father and a gunshot wound instead.
Justin’s father Justin Dominic told The New York Times his son “was a nice kid,” adding, “I’m speechless. I don’t know what happened to him. He made a bad choice.”
Majury said he has been told by police he is not indicted because of Florida’s “stand your ground” law that allows an individual to use deadly force in self-defense.
Does Rob Majury allow his daughter to stay on social media?
Rob Majury and his wife, Kim, are continuing to allow Ava to stay on her social media platforms and say taking them down could cause her “more harm”.
Kim Majury said she doesn’t want her daughter forced off her foundation because of “sick people” and told The New York Times, “Why should we allow them to stop her? Maybe she wanted to bring awareness to all of this.”
Ava’s parents believe that allowing their daughter to stay on the platform will help keep Ava going.
“I think we just need to allow her to make decisions and support her,” said Kim Majury. “I think it will help her heal. It sounds corny, but I don’t know what you would do with that.”
