Who is Lionel, the chef of Liver King?

Lionel appears to be the official chef of the Liver King.

His Instagram account is filled with questions and answers, recipes and pictures of him with the king.

The Liver King is a fitness fanatic who wants everyone to live like our cave-dwelling ancestors.

What does Liver King’s diet consist of?

The influencer currently resides in Austin, Texas in an 8,300 square foot mansion with two Doberman dogs.

He lives a relatively minimalist lifestyle and sleeps on a bed made of wooden pallets.

He claims he does not allow cell phones in his bedroom and has installed Faraday curtains on the windows to prevent radio waves from penetrating.

Social media exploded when he started sharing videos of his meals on a daily basis.

Does Liver King actually eat rare meat?

Liver King maintains his physique by consuming a diet of raw beef liver, protein shakes, egg yolks, and bone marrow.

Speaking to GQ, he said he eats about a pound of raw liver every day — although he recommends others start with three ounces twice a week.

Desperate for answers, Johnson read Nourishing Traditions, a book by Sally Fallon that claims to challenge “politically correct nutrition and diet dictocrats.”

Since then, the family began to live off the nine ancestors; to eat, to sleep, to move, to shine, to connect, cold, sun, to fight and to connect.

He recently admitted to steroid use in a six-minute YouTube video.

He said: “I admit I messed it up. I’m as sorry as a man can be.”

It comes after an email was allegedly shown showing Johnson describing his steroid regiment, according to Rolling Stone.

His regiment’s claims were costing him $11,000 a month.

The emails are said to have been sent to an unnamed coach in 2021, the same year the Liver King began posting on Instagram and building his fan base of more than 1.7million followers.

Many were quick to blast the muscle man, with some hoping it would encourage other fitness influencers to be honest about their steroid use.

One commented: “This had to happen. I’m surprised he’s lasted this long.”

Another said: “Hopefully this is a game changer for the fitness industry and will lead to more transparency.”

A third person wrote: “Man it’s great to see that it’s finally been made clear that what we all knew was true. I feel sorry for the few people who thought he was smart.”

Taking steroids can be dangerous and pose a threat to growth and life. It is not recommended to take them unless a doctor gives the all-clear.
