Who is John Conolly?

John Conolly is the husband of Fox News Sandra Smith, co-reporter of American Reports.

In 2016, he appeared on Fox & Friends with his wife as they cooked Super Bowl chili.

Conolly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from the Institute of Art School in Chicago but currently working in finance.

His LinkedIn Profile has stated he is freelance since 2017.

His other hobbies include cooking and sailing.

Sandra said to Chicago Tribune that he was “a very competitive sailor” when they first started dating and had taken her on several sailings.

“He is challenging me; I didn’t go sailing and go to the performing arts when I met him,” admits Sandra.

How did he meet Sandra?

John and Sandra met on her first day as a salesperson at the Terra Nova Foundation in Chicago.

John, then 35, said it was “love at first sight” when he was introduced to a 23-year-old Sandra.

He encouraged her to participate in television commentary.

When he left the company to start his own business just weeks after they met, she took over as the company’s main television commentator.

The couple had a long term relationship for several years after Sandra moved in New York for the job she eventually joined Fox News in 2007.

They got married in May 2010 and John remained in Chicago until January 2011 until he was with his wife New York City.

Do they have children?

John and Sandra have two children.

Their daughter Cora was born in 2013 and their son John Jr was born shortly after in 2015.

While John doesn’t post much on social media, Sandra shared pictures above Instagram Their children as well as their dogs are named Whiskey.
