Who is F2Freestylers Billy Wingrove?

BILLY WINGROVE will grace the pitch at Old Trafford for the Soccer Aid charity campaign on Sunday.

Still, he’s no stranger to big squares and crowds, and often entertains fans at Man United, as well as at White Hart Lane and Wembley Stadium.

Who is Billy Wingrove?

The 37-year-old Londoner was born on December 17, 1982.

He is a lifelong Tottenham fan, his father played for Spurs during his career.

But Alan Wingrove also played for Arsenal alongside Billy’s cousin Greg Lincoln.

Billy was not as successful in his regular football career, only appearing for the likes of Enfield, Ware and Broxbourne Borough in the non-league system.

He has 102,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel, The Wingrove Family.

Is he a famous freestyle soccer player?

Wingrove runs the YouTube channel for F2Freestyler with friend and partner Jeremy Lynch.

The duo has over 10 million subscribers and often shoots with world stars like Neymar, Eden Hazard, Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and even the NFL’s Odell Beckham Jr.

They provide tutorials and challenges on a variety of skills and also recreate famous goals.

As well as their channel, they have also performed at stadiums across England such as Manchester United’s Old Trafford.

F2Freestylers often appear in advertisements for companies like Coca-Cola, O2, Barclaycard and Disney.

Which Soccer Aid team will he play for?

Although he hails from London, Wingrove will play for Soccer Aid’s Rest of the World team.

He is coached by former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp.

However, Wingrove will likely look forward to playing with Premier League legends such as Robbie Keane, Claude Makelele and Yaya Toure.

The England team, led by Olly Murs, will have a trio of Coles – Joe, Ashley and Andy – plus David James and his pal Jeremy Lynch.
