Coi Leray was born on May 11, 1997 in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a rapper and singer best known for her 2022 hit Players.
She began releasing her music on SoundCloud, but after signing with 1801 Records and Republic Records, her music career took off.
Since then, the 26-year-old has collaborated with the likes of Nicki Minaj and Lil Durk.
Coi Leray has over 32 million monthly listeners on Spotify where other popular songs by and with her include “Bobs” and “Baby Don’t Hurt Me”.

Speaking about his daughter’s dating life on Ray Daniels’ podcast The Gauds Show, Benzino said, “If my daughter brought Chief Keef home, my life would be f—ed.”
“And Chief Keef is one of my favorite young artists, ‘I’m a gorilla in the zoo’ and all that, but I don’t want my daughter to be with Chief Keef.”
However, he was ok with the possibility that his daughter is dating J. Cole, who is married to Melissa Heholt.
“Maybe J. Cole,” he told the outlet. “You know what? I wasn’t thinking about J. Cole. I could see me and J. Cole kicking it.
“Coi is cooking in there and he and I are sitting and watching the game. I could imagine me and J. Cole doing that. J. Cole is good.”
When will Coi Leray’s album be released?
Coi Leray’s second album “Coi” is expected to be released on June 23, 2023.
The album will have 15 tracks and will feature artists such as David Guetta, Saucy Santana, Giggs, Lola Brooke and Skillibeng.
Coi will follow the rapper’s 2022 album Trendsetter, which included her songs No More Parties, BIG PURR and her Nicki Minaj-backed Blick Blick.
“The best thing about this industry is that there is room for everyone. So it’s not a competition,” she said billboard in an interview.
“B***h, I could be here and you could be here with me. At the end of the day, even if we’re on top of the mountain, I’m a coi and you’ll be yourself and we could switch places or I could become someone else.
“I will determine my greatness, my destiny and my future. What’s for you is for you as long as we’re on top together. Steel sharpens steel.”
