This forced the FIFA series to rebrand to EA Sports FC, and the opening game of the renamed series is just around the corner.

You may be wondering when FC 24 will be released and what improvements and changes this new entry will bring.

Here’s everything you need to know about it FC 24 release date and new features.

When will FC 24 be released?

EA Sports FC 24 is officially released worldwide September 29, 2023for PlayStation and Xbox consoles, PC and Nintendo Switch.

For the first time, the Switch version will use a more modern engine and offer a similar experience to PS4 and Xbox One players.

Players who pre-order the Ultimate Edition of the game can start playing up to seven days early, depending on the platform they purchase FC 24 for.

Despite the new name, FC 24 retains all licensed leagues, teams and footballers from previous FIFA games.

These include the Premier League, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, French Ligue 1, German Bundesliga and many more.

That’s more than 30 of the best football leagues, 700 licensed teams, over 100 stadiums and more than 19,000 football players.

What new features will FC 24 have?

EA Sports FC 24 adds more licensed leagues and players, including Spanish and German women’s leagues. League F And Women’s Bundesliga.

This means die-hard football fans can experience an authentic representation of Manchester City star Erling Haaland’s signature running style at home games.

More than 1,200 soccer stars have had their movements improved using new technology.

The new AcceleRATE 2.0 The system divides soccer players into seven archetypes based on their movement.

That’s twice as many archetypes as in the previous FIFA 23, which will contribute to more realistic animations of players as they accelerate on the field.

As previously mentioned, Switch players will receive similar gameplay to their PS4 and Xbox One counterparts, rather than the outdated Legacy Editions that have been offered on Nintendo’s platform in the past.

For the first time in the series, there’s also a full Ultimate Team experience and Volta Football mode coming to the Nintendo Switch.

The Traits system of previous FUT iterations is being replaced with a brand new feature called PlayStyles.

PlayStyles give some footballers unique skills based on their real-life skills.

The new system uses data from British sports analytics company Opta to add more dimensions to players than the usual base ratings.

The big change in EA FC 24’s Ultimate Team is the addition of female soccer players to the game’s most popular mode.

FC 24 players can add both male and female soccer players to the same team in UT.

Players’ opinions on UT’s new mixed teams are divided, but the majority are happy to have more options.

Fears that female players would be rated worse than their male colleagues turned out to be unfounded.

The star of the Spanish women’s national team, Alexia Putellas, has received the best player rating in FC 24 with 91.

She shares the highest rating with Mbappé, Haaland and de Bruyne, and some of her League F teammates are also among the top-rated players.
