Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak jokes that the player is in “serious pain” and laughs at him after failing to solve the final puzzle

PAT Sajak recklessly taunted a player when he failed to solve Friday’s bonus puzzle.
Tom looked upset that he hadn’t won a Voltzwagen car, while the host joked that he looked like he “needed a doctor”.

The college sports judge from Chicago made it into the one-man Wheel of Fortune bonus round.
He chose an “H, D, P and A” and the category “What Are You Doing”.
Unfortunately, as the presenter later clarified, the only thing he didn’t do was solve the puzzle when the 10-second timer started.
The four-word puzzle was mostly blank and he made a series of guesses.

“Take in with the idea…tighten, tame the idea…”
The conundrum turned out to be “playing with the idea” as Tom made a huge sad face in frustration.
‘NO NO NO!’
“No no no!” Pat, 76, was mocked wildly in a tearful, high-pitched voice.
“I feel the same way and I’m afraid we couldn’t do the car.”

Tom looked disdainful as Pat joked, “That’ll be sorted out in a moment” and giggled – Tom still won $28.9k.
“This man is in great pain!” Pat winced as he shook the player’s hand, and he looked angry at himself.
“Is there a doctor in the house?!” Pat turned to the crowd and asked instead of adding much consolation.
FANS SHOUT VOWEL
However, Tom appeared to frustrate some Twitter users when he bought Vowels despite a previously seemingly solved mystery.
“There he goes again!!! BUY VOWELS WITHOUT REASON” raged one
“People need to stop buying vowels on Wheel of Fortune if the puzzle is already solved,” wrote another
‘HE HAS AN ARGUMENT!’
On January 26th, charismatic Ben from California couldn’t guess the bonus riddle “Fast Jog”.
He told Pat he felt the practice-based puzzle didn’t fit the category and was making waves online because he might have stumbled upon something.
“Well, look, I’m not thinking about jogging ‘fun and games,'” Ben said.
The game show’s official Instagram account uploaded a video of the moment and wrote in the caption, “He’s right,” with a laughing emoji.
However, the fans did not laugh and also called out the famous game show.
Dozens agreed that the category made Ben’s chances of winning more money unfairly difficult, and took the opportunity to complain that the category and puzzle didn’t really go together.
One commented: “Finally! A contestant finally comments on the out-of-category answers! The kid was great!”
“Fact. Category is wrong…” wrote another.
“He was so entertaining! And he got ripped off. I agree with him there. asked a third user.
“He’s right!! Who came up with these riddles?!?!?” a fourth wondered.
“I mean… he wasn’t wrong. Strange puzzle for this category,” wrote a fifth, while a sixth even begged, “This puzzle made no sense, deserves a repeat.”

“He’s right, the tag should be ‘activity’ rather than ‘fun & games,'” suggested another.
One added: “Wheel of Fortune needs to give it another chance!”
