On today’s episode of Wheel of Fortune, the key to the crossword was ‘On your feet’.

The answer was then: “Sock, moccasin, slipper, boot.”

However, fans pointed out that the notice was technically misleading.

Since the clue used the plural “feet”, the answers should have been plurals as well, e.g. B. socks, moccasins, etc.

Viewers took to Twitter to express their frustration.

One shouted, “Wheel of Fortune! A mistake in the crossword puzzle. The clue is “on his feet,” but the answers are single words. Should be at your foot.”

Another raged: “FOOT! ON YOUR FEET? Are you kidding me?”

A third wrote: “I can’t with this one…. ‘On your feet’ boys, not ‘On your feet!’”

UNHAPPY

The blunder comes after fans were outraged last month when a contestant named Chris was “deprived” of an award for saying “a” before an answer.

During the Express Train lap, Chris guessed the answer was “a frozen brew” before quickly correcting his answer to “frozen brew”.

However, Pat refused to accept his answer as the item “a” did not fit into the puzzle.

He then passed it on to the next contestant, who received the correct answer simply “frozen brew.”

Chris seemed very disappointed with the strict enforcement of the rules on the show.

DRIVE AWAY

Sometimes, however, the inconsistencies work in the participants’ favour.

Earlier this month, California native Calvin drove away in a brand new Mazda despite his “wrong answer.”

By the end of the episode, he was struggling to figure out the final puzzle, and after a few botched guesses, he answered “last buzzer” just in time.

However, with three squares on the board, the actual answer was actually “the last buzzer”.

Wheel of Fortune fans were surprised to see Pat allowing the contestant to get away with the mistake.
