How to cancel Glossybox

You must cancel your Glossybox membership by the 14th of the month for it to take effect immediately; otherwise, you will continue to receive that month’s box and your cancellation will be delayed until the following month. Furthermore, you cannot cancel your Prepaid subscription three, six or 12 months early.

If you decide to cancel, you can contact a member of the customer service team using the website’s live chat feature or by visiting your account page and then going to ” register”.

How much does Glossybox delivery cost?

When you purchase a Glossybox subscription, the full payment price includes postage, packing and VAT. Meanwhile, for Glossy skincare, free shipping on orders over £20 or £3.25 on orders under £20.
