The Ministry of Interior announced that the number of deaths caused by the earthquake was 2,946 people, of which 2,944 were buried, while the number of injured reached 5,674 people.

The ministry said in a statement that the number of deaths reached 1,684 in Al Haouz province and 980 in Taroudant province, while no new deaths were recorded in the rest of the affected provinces and provinces.
