What is Virgin error v53 code?

Virgin Media is currently (December 2) experiencing issues with thousands of customers complaining of no TV service.

The problems started happening just before 11am today and are now frustrating customers endlessly.

Up to 8,360 customers reported issues this morning on Error alarm set.

The problems started happening around 10:30 a.m. and quickly spiked to thousands as users complained about Virgin Media’s services being locked down.

Why is Virgin media down?

Virgin Media has yet to offer an explanation of what has caused the problem.

In a statement on Twitter, the company said: “We are aware of an issue currently affecting TV services and are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.”
