What is the Icons Series, who will be playing at the event and can it be watched on TV?
LOOSE sports lovers as the world will be witness to one of the most exciting events this summer – and some of the biggest stars will be in attendance.
The Icons Series is a unique sporting event that pits celebrities from all sports against each other in a variety of competitive team matchplay formats.

And there will be many familiar faces in attendance, including boxers, footballers and a certain special manager.

What is the Icons series?
The Icons Series pits two teams full of sports stars against each other in a 10-hole round of golf.
There are expected to be five different installments of the series, spanning five locations (Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East), with the first chapter taking place at Liberty National Golf Club in New Jersey.
Each edition takes place over two days with three sessions on the first day of the tournament and three sessions on the second day of the tournament.
And the action will start June 30 – July 1, 2022 – Times are given closer to the date.
Who will play at the event?
It will be Team USA vs. Team Rest of the World (ROTW) and each side will have 12 members captained by a golfing icon.

The Icons Series will be broadcast live on Fox Sports in the US.

Tickets to see the world’s most decorated sports icons compete in New Jersey are available on the Icons Series website.
And off course, ticket holders will be entertained with live music, activities and a variety of dining options.
Prices start at $70 for the day and up to three children under the age of 17 are admitted free with a ticketed adult.
