Netflix will add a special adult stop-motion anthology titled House to its library on January 14th and it’s different, at least. Netflix describes the anthology as an eccentric dark comedy series and I couldn’t agree more. There were mice, talking cats, and dancing cockroaches. It doesn’t get any weirder than that.

Here is the summary of the story 1:

Poor Raymond meets a mysterious benefactor who promises to restore both him and his family to their former condition. Family soon learns that wants and desires may not always lead you where you expect them to be.

Story 2:

Set in the present day, a real estate developer is harassed trying to sell a renovation quickly. However, some strange unexpected guests have other plans and become the catalyst for a more personal transformation.

Story 3:

Set in the near future, the house still exists with a vastly altered landscape. We meet Rosa, a young landlady determined to stay in her beloved dilapidated home and restore it to its former glory. But Rosa’s unrealistic vision blinded her to the inevitable change that was coming and what mattered most.
