“Having that time to think about what I enjoy most … it became pretty clear I had to try.”

According to the article, more and more people were making the “career pivot” and, in many cases, starting to focus on their passions arts and entertainment.

Two years later, there are other positions in the arts, entertainment and recreation, education services and the federal government that job seekers can fill, they say CNN.

A 2022 Global Benefits Attitudes Survey by Willis Towers Watson found that 44 percent of employees were “jobseekers” as of February 2022, and 33 percent were actively looking for a new job.

However, Microsoft’s survey showed that job seekers are looking for more than just higher pay.

Gia Ganesh, vice president of people and culture at Florence Healthcare, told CNBC: “This phenomenon will continue for a while because employees still want to be paid fairly.

She added: “If we as a society start aligning our practices with how we treat people, with how our work environments are structured, the Great Restructuring will end.”
