HOUSE Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, is charged with a DUI that resulted in a car crash on May 28, 2022 in Napa, California.
He is accused of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher.

If convicted, Paul Pelosi faces up to 5 years probation, he would face at least 5 days in prison, and authorities could put an anti-ignition device in his vehicle.
Police reported that Paul was driving a 2021 Porsche when his vehicle was hit by a jeep.
Responding officers said Paul had shown “objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication” with a “strong smell of alcohol” on his breath.
The victim, whose name was not released, reported pain in her arm, shoulder and neck.
