ODELL BECKHAM JR turned up uninvited to LA Rams coach Sean McVay’s wedding.
The former Rams wide receiver, 29, is currently a free agent after leaving the franchise after his Super Bowl triumph in February.
McVay married Ukrainian beauty Veronika Khomyn at a posh reception in Beverly Hills over the weekend.
And the LA coach – who became the youngest ever in the NFL in 2017 – revealed how OBJ turned up unannounced at the bash.
He told the ‘I Am Athlete’ podcast: “So probably the most stressful part of this wedding was figuring out how to get the guest list together.
“[To the point] where you don’t have any kind of interruptions or, you know, nobody whose feelings are needlessly hurt because you have good relationships with guys.
“So I just invited the captains from last year’s team and then there were a couple of other players who are retired players who you still have great relationships with.
“I love Odell and that’s why he could only be the wedding banger at our wedding in Odell’s way.
“So O showed up, the wedding crashed, and I loved it.”
There is much speculation among Rams supporters as to whether Beckham Jr. will return for the new NFL season.
OBJ scored a touchdown in the Super Bowl after transferring from the Browns to the Rams.
“WE WOULD LOVE ODELL BACK”
In eight games in LA, he caught 27 passes for 305 yards and five touchdowns.
McVay joked that he now has no choice but to sign him on following the wide receiver’s wedding antics.
He said, “You crashed my marriage, then you sign with the Rams again, man.”
But after being carried off Super Bowl LVI with an injury, McVay hoped Beckham Jr. had left his dancing shoes at home.
The former Browns star is currently in rehab as he recovers from a cruciate ligament rupture.
The Rams boss continued: “One of our team doctors was there, he did Odell’s surgery.
“And Odell looked smooth on the dance floor and said, ‘Odell, keep calm, man. Let’s slow down!’”
And he left Rams fans in no doubt as to how the franchise plans to continue after telling the brilliant story of Odell’s crash.
McVay told Pro Football Talk: “We’d love to have Odell back.
“It’s really one of the reasons we pursued Allen Robinson the way we did.
“He was a baller. I want to try to get him back. I would like to work with him every day.”
