THE Professional Fighters League is ready to get Cris Cyborg to fight Kayla Harrison.
Cyborg is an MMA legend with title belts in both the UFC and Bellator, with Harrison being a double Olympic and PFL champion.
The pair have fought verbally before in hopes of securing a women’s mega match.
And with Cyborg, 37, now a free agent, PFL CEO Pete Murray is gearing up for a deal with the Brazilian.
Murray said on The MMA Hour: “Listen, I think this is the fight that the fans would like to see.
“It’s a fight the PFL would love to get over with. Kayla said she wants this fight.
“I think it’s going to come down to Cris Cyborg – does Cris Cyborg want that fight?
“And whether Cris decides to come to the PFL to have that fight and maybe other fights, that’s a scenario.
“And another scenario is a co-promotion. And we are advocates of both.”
The PFL consists of a two-fight regular season, accumulating points per winning method.

Then the top four in each weight class advance to a semi-final and final format, with eventual winners taking home a $1 million prize.
Harrison, 31, has twice won the life-changing check and title belt in 2019 and 2021 and returns in this year’s semifinals on August 20.
But the PFL is set for standalone marquee fights next year, and Cyborg appears to be a top priority for Harrison.
Murray added: “It is our understanding that she is a free agent. We’d love to do that fight.
“There was certainly contact. We look forward to taking it seriously…
“It’s not a surprise or it’s not new news that this is a fight for PFL or Kayla.
“And so I think we’re looking forward to seeing what’s possible in the coming weeks.”
