But it was Bowen’s 90th-minute winner that sent Moyes back in time in the Czech Republic.

The former Everton and Manchester United manager sprinted onto the pitch after Bowen went through and scored to seal the historic win.

And all the fans said the same about the performance.

One fan responded: “David Moyes gave Mourinho his full strength.”

A second said: “David Moyes pulls off a Mourinho-esque touchline celebration in a European Cup final. Scenes.”

“Moyes does a Mourinho. Good for him,” added a third.

A fourth remarked: “Moyes makes a Mourinho, love him.”

A fifth typed: “Moyes went full Mourinho 😭😭🤣🤣.”

Mourinho famously walked the touchline at Old Trafford as his Porto side beat Manchester United in the Champions League.

The Conference League win is West Ham’s first European trophy in 58 years.

It is also the club’s first major trophy since the 1980 FA Cup.

During the game, however, the final took a dire turn when fans threw objects on the pitch and Fiorentina captain Cristiano Biraghi bled from the back of his head.

Fan violence had also occurred earlier in the day in downtown Prague.
