JAKE PAUL went through some rigorous strength and conditioning training on his own in preparation for his rematch with Tyron Woodley.
The 24-year-old YouTuber will face Tommy Fury in Florida this weekend before Love Islander overcomes illness and injury.
Former UFC world champion Woodley has now entered a rematch with Paul as he wants revenge for his decisive defeat back in August.
But the online feeling did not take their eyes off his ball despite the late substitution of the opponent.
And it can be seen that he has pushed through some weightlifting and intense training routines on his own. All Access by Showtime.
Paul is clearly working hard as he looks set to go 5-0 in his professional boxing career.
So far, he’s beaten fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib, basketball player Nate Robinson and MMA stars Ben Askren and Woodley.
And he claims his rise to the sport has completely changed his life.
Americans say to Boxing on the field: “100% correct [it has changed my life]. When you live under the scrutiny of the public since the age of 16, you will have a lot of resentment building up in your heart.
“A lot of hate for the world, when you’re the target of media and commentary, and all that.
“And so I just felt like I had that aggression that I needed to unleash in people’s faces…. I loved it. It was so cool, and no one could tell me no. .
“And that’s the great thing about the sport, that I can do whatever I want, be whoever I want, say whatever I want and that’s liberating.
“You know, we live in a world where you have to be careful about what you do.”
Meanwhile, Paul’s coach BJ Flores doesn’t expect the rematch against Woodley to go the distance as he believes the Youtuber can find a knockout.
Old world title challenger Flores told SunSport: “Jake is so much better now than he was on August 29, he’s so much better.
“And you have to remember, he just started boxing, so in a short time he has improved a lot very quickly.
“He’s only been boxing for two years, so four months is 15% of his entire career, so he’s gotten a lot better.
“I know it’s going to be a tough fight, Tyron will be tough in the beginning, but we hope Tyron doesn’t go too far this time.
“It will be very difficult for Tyron to keep up with Jake, to deal with the kind of offense Jake is committing this time.
“This time it will be a different fight and everyone will see that. Jake’s speed will be very high. ”
