But the ongoing dispute reached boiling point after Mr McKee decided to trim the chain link fence with his power tools.

Angry Mrs Sirputh and her mother Reni began screaming for help as they recorded their neighbor with a phone.

Police were called to the scene after stunned neighbors heard their screams.

When officers arrived, the fence and bamboo partition had been knocked down.

They told the feuding couple it was a civil matter, and so Mr. McKee continued to work.

In footage of the incident, Ms Sirputh can be heard screaming, “Stop it. You are damaging our property.”

But Mr. McKee ignored his neighbor’s pleas, and so she stretched out her hands to stop him.

Ms Sirputh claims she suffered minor lacerations to her hands as a result of the incident.

A video from A Current Affair also showed Mr McKee hitting his neighbour’s dog with a hammer.

He reportedly said, “Get that dog out of here or I’m going to fucking kill the dog.”

It is reported that the police were called again and the matter was referred to the RSPCA.

Mr McKee told the program he wanted to build a new fence because he wanted to make it “safe” for the dog.

He also insisted the new installation didn’t cost them “a dime” and that he wanted to build a new divider “properly.”

It comes after a frustrated homeowner shared his hilarious reaction to his tiny neighbor’s decision to build a fence through part of his yard.

The man revealed his ultimate revenge on TikTok after they refused to fix it.

The ingenious plan was to shorten the fence piece by piece with a chainsaw and drill.

Meanwhile, a woman was reportedly in tears after her neighbor erected a fence around her garden.

And another claimed he was forced to put up a 6ft high partition after a resident complained that his children were swimming outside in the hot weather.

Also, a homeowner who put up a fence to protect privacy has shared how her neighbor was left in a rage because he was blocking his view of her yard.
