The ‘Game of Thrones’ star wrote: “I literally fought against the best and was pretty humiliated.

“@martinslciis and I had the chance to catch up with @gordonlovesjiujitsu while he was doing his last workout before competing tomorrow.

“I love trying new sports and what a treat it was. I look forward to seeing Gordon crush his opponent tomorrow! This guy is next level!”

Ryan, 27, is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu 1st degree black belt and world competitive champion.

He replied to Björnsson: “It was such a blast. I can’t wait to try lifting your warm-up weight one day.”

The super heavyweight who played The Mountain in Game of Thrones is no stranger to fighting.

Bjornsson – known as Thor – traded the world of strongman for a stint in boxing.

And after three warm-up bouts, he faced rival Eddie Hall, 34, in what has been called the toughest boxing match in history.

Bjornsson, 34, won on points in Dubai in March and was in talks for an exhibition with heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, 34.

But after negotiations failed, Thor hung up his gloves and retired from boxing.

He said: “I admit there was a time when there were talks between Tyson Fury and me, his team and my team, there was a build up but that never went through.

“Now I’ve made a tough decision and the reason it took me so long to make this video is because it’s actually very difficult to talk about.

“I made a decision to stop boxing, to stop boxing, to say goodbye to boxing and just not fight anymore.

“I had a good run, I did it for two and a half years. It was nice to do that because when I started, a lot of people didn’t believe in me.”
