Wanted OnlyFans star ‘SKIPS court over DUI after stabbing friend’

ONLYFANS star Courtney Clenney has had an arrest warrant issued for her over a previous DUI in her home state of Texas – as the investigation into her boyfriend’s brutal stabbing continues.
Miami prosecutors have reportedly reopened the case of the 26-year-old’s late partner, Christian Obumseli, after she insisted she stabbed him to death in self-defense during a violent argument.

Obumseli family attorney Larry Handfield claimed on April 27, 2022 that Courtney Clenney would soon be arrested after his death on April 3, but records appear to show that she is still a free woman.
The police have so far declined to comment on the open investigation.
Now The Sun can exclusively reveal that their legal woes are mounting – as a bond foreclosure warrant was issued on July 1 in Travis County, Texas.
She was originally booked in Texas on September 16, 2020 for drunk driving, and her bail was set at $8,000 — plus an undisclosed fee for installing an ignition locking device in her vehicle that measures alcohol levels.

The Sun previously revealed her mugshot, showing her with smeared eye make-up and tousled blonde hair as she pulled down a blue mask during the first Covid-19 pandemic.
Travis County files show Clenney hired attorney Meril Anthes and a pre-trial hearing was postponed to June 24, 2022, which she appears to have skipped.
The Sun reached out to Anthes for comment but didn’t immediately receive a response.
She also reportedly has a pending bank warrant for a 2015 arrest in California on public intoxication charges, and court documents show the case is pending.
Property records show that she has previously rented apartments in West Hollywood and Marina Del Rey.
Clenney is said to still be based in Florida, although her family lives in Texas, where she is originally from.
That means she could have trouble returning to her home state without being arrested.
She was last seen in April 2022 in a video posted to Instagram of a stranger confronting her at the Grand Beach Hotel in Miami.
Her prosecutor, Frank Prieto, confirmed it was his client.
SHOCKING CLIP
In the short clip, the blonde former influencer gets up to leave as the woman filming says, “Yeah, you should go.”
She then adds the baseless accusation, “Because you just killed your friend… Yes, you did.”
Attorney Prieto defended that Clenney was at the bar, saying it was an example of people theorizing.
He told TMZ, “Courtney was there that night with her dad, who just wanted to drop in and have a drink privately — which was disrupted by this woman who started filming.”
She hasn’t posted to Instagram since March 30, but her profile remains active and has over two million followers.
Your OnlyFans will also remain dormant.
HOTEL CONFRONTATION
Prieto added: “It is unfortunate that a member of the public, who is absolutely ignorant of the circumstances and events surrounding the death of Mr. Obumseli, is taking the opportunity to harass the Clenney family while they are trying to support Courtney. “
The attorney also said he believes Clenney was the victim of “physical, emotional and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Obumseli,” and also suggested she may even have been a “victim of human trafficking,” though he didn’t elaborate this assertion.
Prieto also claimed his client was fighting for her life during the April 3, 2022 domestic riots.
Clenney was pictured handcuffed and soaked in blood shortly after her boyfriend Obumseli was stabbed.
Shocking footage obtained by TMZ appeared to show her in a distressed state, in a black crop top and white trousers, as she spoke to officers.
Police responded to a 9-1-1 call from Clenney at a luxury apartment building around 5 p.m. local time this Sunday.
There they found their friend once stabbed in the shoulder.
First responders transported Obumseli to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
NEW INFORMATION
Officials said the violence was caused by a domestic dispute and Clenney was immediately acquitted.
According to the close friends, Obumseli had recently moved to the area and lived with Clenney in the One Paraiso apartment building in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.
Neighbors in the building told news outlets the couple have a long history of domestic feuds and there have been several calls for police to intervene.
His family’s lawyer claims new information has come to light – including an ex-boyfriend claiming Clenney was abusive – while she has also previously made public comments about her behavior towards men.
Handfield also stressed that she was not taken into custody despite allegedly having an open warrant in California.
“They never conducted an inspection,” he said.
“There are things that should have been done that weren’t done. In a case like this, how can you conclude that a person is innocent in less than 24 hours? It is shocking.”
Clenney was arrested after the stabbing at the police station, where police say she threatened to kill herself.

Officials said the threat prompted an assessment, resulting in her becoming Baker Acted.
Florida’s Baker Act allows law enforcement agencies — as well as doctors, mental health professionals and judges — to commit a person to a mental health treatment center for up to 72 hours if they demonstrate certain tendencies toward violence or suicide.
