She came across a Sunbeam Lofftec Foot Pocket Heated Throw, which typically retails for $38.96.

But the price was reduced to just $11.24, meaning the buyer (TeeOnSavings) made a bump saving.

In a viral YouTube video, the shopper claimed it’s the “perfect time” of year to look out for cozy items like blankets and heated throws.

Shoppers have been warned that clearance sale offerings at Walmart stores may vary across the country.

The blanket is soft, comfortable, made of polyester and has adjustable heat settings.

According to Walmart, there’s also a five-year warranty.

The price of the blanket has been reduced online from $45.95 to $39.95.

Walmart’s competitor Target also offers a selection of electric blankets and throws – perfect for cold nights.

A Costway electric blanket will set buyers $43.99 back, but its price has been reduced from $89.99.

An Aina Marble faux fur electric blanket sells online for $69.99, and an oversized plush penguin electric blanket can be purchased for a staggering $79.99.

In store, shoppers might want to consider downloading the Walmart app as it’s the best way to find hidden clearance deals.

The app features special clearance items and a scan tool to find even cheaper products.

But clearance isn’t the only way shoppers can save money at Walmart.

Shoppers should also keep an eye out for Great Value branded products.

These are Walmart’s own branded items, which tend to have the same quality and taste as other brands, but at a much lower price.

Bargain hunters love to use coupons, too, and The US Sun told how a savvy shopper spent just $7.31 on a laundry truckload that should have cost $24.81.
