SHOPPERS can look forward to hefty discounts if they know exactly what to look for.

Looking beyond the price tags at Walmart often saves you more money, and that includes a $299 household item scanned for $49.99.

TikTok creator @jacoboclearance has shared his latest hidden Walmart clearance find with his 46,000+ followers.

He pointed out the Wyze cordless vacuum.

It was on display in store for $299, but when @jacoboclearance used their Walmart app to scan the barcode, it showed a retail price of $49.99.

On his Walmart, the vacuum was found on the end cap.

Stores often place sale items or special offers on the so-called end caps of aisles.

Other shoppers have suggested looking up the top shelves and down the bottom shelves for deals as well.

Shoppers on social media shared how easy it can be to find bargains at Walmart.

Mike Lorenzo, who runs the @Lorenzofamilydeals TikTok account, shared with his nearly 106,000 followers an electric scooter that originally cost $148 but was on sale for $49.

You can also find discounted clothing.

@Blanca_Baby showed off her find, which she discovered while browsing a display rack of jeans being sold for $5.

When she used the app, she discovered that a pair of jeans was called with an updated price of $1.

TikToker @naturallysunday found a 36-inch three-speed tower fan from Mainstays for just $9.

The fan costs $68.


The Walmart app is just one way to save.

Customers have found that simply scanning the barcode can reveal additional discounts that may not be listed on the label or online.

Another way to save is by shopping at Walmart’s Great Value brand.

Many products taste similar to branded products but at a far lower price.

Other shoppers have raved about using the Ibotta cash back app.

By scanning receipts and uploading them to the app, you can earn money back on your purchases.
