Walmart shoppers are flocking to purchase a must-have for their car, priced at $35.48 after it’s been discounted from $60

WALMART has offered a tempting discount on a highly sought-after roadside tool that has customers queuing up.

The EverStart Maxx Amp Jump Starter has been reduced from $60 to $35 at popular retailer.

With practical, portable performance, the unit is said to be “powerful enough to instantly start most 4- and 6-cylinder vehicles”.

The description notes that the additional safety switch and reverse polarity alarm make the tool exceptionally “easy to use and great for everyday drivers”.

The product is easily rechargeable with a connection to an extension cord.

A 3.5 star rating was given to the item, which has 65 reviews on the Walmart website.

One shopper explained that the Jump Starter brought them “peace of mind” over the winter.

“Cold weather can drain batteries. The device has a place to check if it is fully charged. It also has three places to connect USB. Good for V6s,” they wrote in their review.

The happy customer added that he hasn’t had to use the jump starter yet, but “hopefully it will suffice if needed”.

Unfortunately, not everyone was happy with the reduced item.

“Not the best out there,” one person wrote. “Low battery didn’t have much reserve, got a boost and then had to recharge it.”

The frustrated customer also had trouble returning the product as the box was opened upon receipt.

Other reviews focused on the surprisingly low price.

“I haven’t used it yet, but the price made it worth ordering. Can’t wait to try it out,” wrote another Walmart shopper.

Other jump starters listed on Walmart’s website cost well over $100, so $35 looks like an incredible deal.

This isn’t the first product Walmart has sold at a remarkably reduced price.

The big department store has also offered an iconic designer perfume, storage sets and masks for more than half the original price.
