REPORTS from around the country appear to be showing outages for Visa and Mastercard users, leaving thousands of frustrated customers unable to use their cards.
The reported outages were documented by Down Detecter and show cardholders are struggling to make payments from coast to coast.

According to the website, around 1 p.m. ET on Saturday, people across the country were experiencing problems with their VISA cards.
Additional outages for thousands more customers were reported again at 3:00 p.m. ET.
Another 4 percent of users reported having difficulty accessing Visa’s website.
