Visa and Mastercard down – Major outage frustrates customers for a second day, leaving them unable to make payments
VISA and Mastercard are experiencing major outages for the second day in a row.
Hundreds of people are reportedly having trouble shopping.

According to Downdetector, there was a large number of outages around 11:00 am ET yesterday.
Now the number appears to be increasing from around 8am ET.
Recently there were 190 reports of outages for Mastercard users and 240 for Visa.
The vast majority of people are reportedly struggling with purchases.
