Viral TikTok hacks ‘make you sleepless for TWO minutes’ – and everyone loves them

It’s extremely important to close your eyes at night – but one in three of us suffers from insomnia.
A stressful life, using a computer all day, and working from home are often blamed for problems with bedtime.
So what can you do to improve access to nodding land?
These viral TikTok videos definitely have a few suggestions for you.
The technique of sleeping in the army two minutes
Fitness trainer Justin Agustin Recently, there has been widespread publicity for a military technique that can help people fall asleep within two minutes.
“96% of people who master this technique can actually fall asleep within two minutes of closing their eyes,” he reveals to his 1.7 million followers.
To start, you need to relax the muscles in your forehead.
“Relax your eyes, cheeks, jawline and focus on your breathing,” he says.
“Now go down to your neck and shoulders.
“Make sure your shoulders are not strained.
“Drop them as low as you can and let the arms hang loosely to the side, including the hands and fingers.”
Then you need to imagine a warm feeling going from your head down to your fingertips.
“Inhale deeply and slowly exhale, relaxing chest, abdomen, down thighs, knees, legs and feet,” he continued.
Meanwhile, you need to keep your mind clear.
There are two scenarios you should envision to achieve this.
“One, you’re lying in a canoe on a calm lake, with nothing but clear blue skies above you.
“Second, you’re lying in a black velvet hammock in a pitch-black room.”
And if you start to get distracted, repeat the word “Don’t think” 10 times.
The sleeping technique has paradoxical intentions
Another hint to earn some kip is to trick your mind into thinking you don’t want to sleep.
Obviously, our bodies tend to do the opposite of what we really want it to do.
So if you think you want to stay awake, your body will actually do the opposite and force you to sleep.
“If I ask you not to think of a polar bear, the first thing that comes to mind is a polar bear,” Dr. Karan Raj.
“Your body works on the same principles.
“Stay in bed with your eyes wide open and say to yourself, ‘I’ll wake up’.
“Your body will do the opposite and you will eventually feel tired and fall asleep.”
‘Dream’ position can improve sleep
The position you sleep in affects the quality of your sleep.
If you are a side sleeper, you may find it comfortable, but it can actually disturb your sleep.
There is a better way to do it, called ‘dreamer’, like TikToker Levitexexplain.
“We call these dreamers. Beautiful shoulders, hips, knees and ankles stacked, spine looking straight and beautiful,” he said.
“It’s very simple – you have to find a pillow that fits between your earlobe and fibula… and put an old torn pillow between your knee and ankle.”
Improve your breaking technique
Another way to help you doze off is this very simple breathing trick.
As Dr. Poonam Desai revealed, all you need to do is remember four, seven and eight.
That means, breathe for four seconds.
Hold your breath for seven seconds.
And exhale for eight seconds.
“Keep repeating this and you’ll fall asleep,” she says.
